Over the last thirty years John has taught at a range of different Art Colleges, from MA to Foundation, including the Royal Academy, Goldsmiths, University of the Creative Arts, but mainly has been Senior Lecturer at Chelsea College of Art and Design, ultimately as Course Director of Foundation Studies. Before entering a teaching career he was gallery manager at the Camden Arts Centre.
His own practice has developed from sculpture into painting and has led him to exhibit widely in the UK and internationally. He has work both in private and public collections.
Before studying Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art, Rebecca trained and worked as a costume designer and maker and produced costumes for theatre, dance and television with a particular interest in constructed and painted costumes. She has extensive experience of teaching both children and adults in a range of settings from after school clubs to post-graduate workshops.
Rebecca’s work reflects her involvement in the processes of constructing, painting and colouring as means of communication. She exhibits work in shows around the UK and has works in private collections.
